Learn all the basic TRX strength training exercises. These workouts are timed to 30 seconds of exercise 10 seconds of rest.
You will mix some High Impact Cardio exercises into your TRX strength training for the Advanced Workout.
3 strength exercises will be followed by 1 Cardio exercise.
