Espresso Workouts Foundation

Whatever your exercise goal: cardio, mobility, strength or burning calories, this workout program will help you get started, keep going and reach the next level.

This no-gym workout is designed to be short and sweet. Yet effective with time under tension for each exercise of 45 seconds and a maximum of 10 seconds of rest.

The Espresso Workouts Foundation Series is low impact, but does include a variety of plank poses that might be challenging for your wrists, elbows and shoulders. Make sure to protect your joints by following a good alignment as demonstrated or adapt time under tension or range of motion to your needs!
